SUMMARY:Steeple Walk 2026
DESCRIPTION:Let’s celebrate the true reason for the season! \nSteeple Walk 2026 \nThis year’s Steeple Walk includes a 15 minute stop at four churches (9th Street United Methodist\, First Baptist\, Cambridge Presbyterian\, First United Methodist) and will conclude at Trinity Baptist Church’s live Nativity scene near the police station. At each stop\, we will hear the Gospel accounts of Jesus’s birth and join together in the singing of popular Christmas hymns. A fun interactive handout detailing the Christmas story will be given to each participant at the first church. One large sticker will be provided at each stop to complete the visually beautiful and compelling Christmas story handout\, a great souvenir and reminder of the reason for the season! An individually wrapped Christmas cookie will be gifted to each Steeple Walker at the conclusion of the event. A guide will lead the group from one location to the next and a few golf carts will be provided for those who are unable to walk well. Please be prepared for inclement weather. Parking near the courthouse is suggested. Meet at the sanctuary door of 9th Street United Methodist Church at 3:00pm. Participation is FREE and all ages are welcome!

Rides begin and end in the lot located on West 8th St.\, on the West side of the Guernsey County Courthouse. \nRides are weather dependent. Please call the Welcome Center 740.421.4956 for updates. You may purchase tickets at the site from the driver (cards are accepted). Costs are $12 per rider. (children under 5 years of age no charge).\n**MUST purchase tickets no later than 9:00pm**
