Rides begin and end in the lot located on West 8th St.\, on the West side of the Guernsey County Courthouse. \nRides are weather dependent. Please call the Welcome Center 740.421.4956 for updates. SUMMARY:Guernsey County Courthouse Holiday Light Show Opening Night
DESCRIPTION:The Guernsey County courthouse comes alive nightly with tens of thousands of colorful lights computer synchronized to both traditional and contemporary holiday music beginning November 1st through January 1st of the new year. This magnificent historical 1881 building jumps into the 21st Century as it is bathed in more than 85\,000 lights\, an amazing twenty three foot Christmas tree and 60 animated displays. Each hour features a wide variety of music including children’s\, contemporary and traditional Christmas favorites.  The Guernsey County Courthouse light will be celebrating their 20th anniversary this year 2026.
