Trolley Tour Dates & Times
The trolley is in town for three Saturdays during our 2025 season:

Trolley tours depart every hour on the hour from 10 AM – 5 PM from the Dickens Welcome Center (708 Wheeling Avenue).
Tickets are just $10 per person and can be purchased at the Welcome Center or online!
A Ride Through History
As you wind through the historic streets of Cambridge, you’ll be transported through time with stories from a costumed guide who will share fascinating facts and legends about the area.- Learn about the early pioneers from the Guernsey Isle in the English Channel who settled here.
– Discover the John Glenn Post Office, where the legendary astronaut signed up for military service after Pearl Harbor.
– Hear the story of the Col. Taylor Inn and the Berwick Hotel, a tale of demolition, ambition, and growth.
– Explore Cambridge’s railroad history, including the first train’s arrival through the Tunnel Hill tunnel in 1854.Of course, no trolley tour would be complete without the story of Dickens Victorian Village itself! Learn how this incredible holiday tradition came to life and the countless hours of craftsmanship that go into creating the beloved Victorian characters seen throughout downtown Cambridge.
